ERP Executive:

ERP Executive is responsible for the comprehensive administration, configuration, and ongoing support of the schools core digital platforms. This role ensures consistent and efficient academic and operational workflows while providing high-quality support to teachers, students, parents, and administrative teams. The ERP Executive plays a key role in maintaining data accuracy, improving system efficiency, and ensuring seamless day-to-day platform usage across the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Academic LMS Oversight: Ensuring smooth setup, configuration, and daily management of academic workflows, including classes, assessments, reports, and access for teachers, students, and parents.
• End-to-End ERP Management Handling core operational modulesadmissions, student information, attendance, fees, transport, HR, library, and communicationto support efficient school administration.
• User Support & Service Excellence: Providing timely and effective support to all stakeholders, resolving technical issues, and ensuring uninterrupted system usage.
• Data Accuracy & System Integrity Maintaining clean, aligned, and reliable data across platforms to support accurate reporting and informed decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Collaborating with vendors and leadership teams to introduce new features, enhancements, and system upgrades.
• Data Management & Accuracy: Maintain clean, updated, and aligned data across school ERP platforms while ensuring reliable reporting and smooth integration between systems.
• Platform Improvements: Coordinate with vendors and school leadership to enable new features, updates, and enhancements as the ERP evolves.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP and Learning Management systems compatible with international curriculum will be an advantage.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and user-support abilities.
• Commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously.
