IT Business Analyst - ERP (Dynamics 365 F&O)

We are seeking an IT Business Analyst - ERP to support and enhance our Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) environment, with a focus on Supply Chain and Finance modules. This role is responsible for ensuring system stability, resolving user issues, and supporting ongoing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for Dynamics 365 F&O
• Resolve user-reported issues in Supply Chain and Finance modules
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Coordinate with developers on fixes and enhancements
• Perform unit testing and support UAT activities
• Maintain system and process documentation (Azure DevOps preferred)

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in ERP system support as a Business Analyst or Super User
• Exposure to Supply Chain and/or Finance business processes
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or other ERP experience
• Azure DevOps exposure
• ERP implementation or enhancement experience
