Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site ERP Project Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business objectives. Key activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business processes, developing project plans, allocating resources, managing budgets, and addressing any challenges or risks. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders and a proactive approach to ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and ERP implementations
• Proficiency in analyzing Business Processes and identifying opportunities for optimization
• Experience in Budgeting and effectively managing project financials
• Highly developed Analytical Skills to identify and solve complex challenges
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Prior experience managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects in Packaging/Manufacturing Industry
• IT, AI and Coding Knowledge Preferred
