Job Title: ERP Manager / ERP Lead Farvision

Location: Fort, Mumbai (will move to Thane after ~6 months)

Role Overview

We are hiring a strategic ERP professional with strong Farvision and Strategic ERP experience to lead and strengthen ERP implementation, optimisation, and adoption across the organisation. This role requires a software engineering background, a strong understanding of real estate processes, and the ability to work closely with business, finance, projects, and facility teams to align ERP systems with operational and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Strategy & Ownership

• Own the Farvision and Strategic ERP platform across functions, including projects, procurement, contracts, finance, sales, CRM, and facilities
• Act as the single-point owner for ERP strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement
• Translate business requirements into ERP workflows and system enhancements

Implementation & Optimization

• Lead ERP configuration, customisation, and optimisation of Farvision modules
• Drive process standardisation and automation across departments
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and manual processes; propose system-led solutions

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with senior leadership, functional heads, finance, projects, and facility teams
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and manage change adoption
• Coordinate with Farvision implementation partners and vendors

Data, Reporting & Controls

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and system controls
• Design dashboards, MIS, and management reports
• Support audits, compliance, and governance requirements through ERP

Support, Training & Governance

• Oversee ERP support, issue resolution, and upgrades
• Conduct user training, SOP documentation, and system governance
• Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and access controls

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science (mandatory)
• 5+ years of hands-on ERP experience, with strong exposure to Farvision and Strategic
• Experience working in real estate, construction, or infrastructure domains
• Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise processes
• Ability to think strategically, beyond support or ticket-based roles
• Experience in ERP integrations, reporting tools, and databases
• Prior role as ERP Product Owner, ERP Lead, or Techno-Functional Consultant
• Strong documentation, training, and stakeholder management skills
