Role: ERP Finance Consultant (L1 Support)

Location: Whitfield, Bangalore, India

Job Type: Permanent

Experience: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Level 1 of support to end users of ERP Finance modules, including Incidents and Work Orders.

2. Provide full system support within financial period closing.

3. Review and validate new requirements raised by business owners of Finance.

4. Participate with IT and business owners in the analysis of changes related to ERP Finance modules and integrated systems.

5. Review and validate the design provided by IT within changes of ERP Finance modules and integrated systems.

6. Review and validate UAT stage related to ERP Finance modules and integrated systems.

7. Provide add-hoc reporting for end users within ERP Finance modules.

8. Build needed dashboards within ERP Finance modules using smart tools.

9. Participate with business owners and IT within Data cleansing and migration activities.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in ERP Finance Support / Consulting

Strong experience supporting ERP Finance modules

Experience in UAT validation, reporting, and dashboards

Experience working with Finance stakeholders and IT teams

Oracle Fusion Certification Mandatory
