Position: ERP Executive

Job Summary

The ERP Executive will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the companys ERP system to support business operations including sales, procurement, inventory, production, installation, and finance. The role ensures accurate data flow, system efficiency, and user support across departments.

Key Responsibilities

ERP System Management

• Manage day-to-day ERP operations across all departments.
• Maintain ERP master data including items, BOMs, vendors, customers, and projects.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy.

Business Process Integration

• Coordinate ERP workflows for:
• Sales orders
• Purchase orders
• Production planning
• Inventory management
• Dispatch and installation tracking
• Ensure ERP processes align with company operations.

Data Management

• Maintain accurate records of:
• Inventory
• Material consumption
• Production status
• Project tracking
• Generate reports and dashboards for management.

User Support & Training

• Provide ERP training to staff across departments.
• Troubleshoot system errors and user issues.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors for system upgrades and fixes.

Reporting & Analysis

• Generate MIS reports related to:
• Sales
• Inventory
• Production
• Procurement
• Identify data inconsistencies and recommend improvements.

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain ERP documentation and SOPs.
• Ensure system data supports auditing and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Manufacturing ERP preferred)
• Understanding of inventory, production, and supply chain processes
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Good coordination and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Commerce / Business Administration / IT / Engineering
• 25 years experience in ERP operations or ERP support roles
• Experience with manufacturing or engineering companies preferred
