Location- Sitapura, Jaipur

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement MDM policies, standards, and governance frameworks across domains (product, customer, vendor, pricing, CoA).
• Manage end-to-end master data operations in ERP/CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Monitor and improve data quality through validations, cleansing, and defined KPIs (accuracy, completeness, consistency).
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve data-related issues.
• Collaborate with IT, business teams, and BI teams to ensure data supports reporting and analytics.
• Support ERP/CRM rollouts, upgrades, and data migration activities.
• Drive process improvements for better data accuracy, efficiency, and automation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management within ERP environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AX (Axapta).
• Experience with data governance, integration, and BI tools (Power BI, QlikView, Cognos).
• Familiarity with data warehouses (e.g., IBM Netezza) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder management.
