About the Role

We are looking for a detail-driven ERP Data Entry & Integrity Specialist to manage, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of data within our Oracle NetSuite system.

This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on ERP experience who understand workflows, data accuracy standards, and cross-functional coordination. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in alignment with US CST hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Oracle NetSuite
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across ERP modules
• Monitor and resolve data discrepancies proactively
• Support cross-functional teams in ERP-related workflows
• Perform regular data audits and validation checks
• Assist in improving ERP data processes and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree (Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on ERP experience
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows and data lifecycle
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work overlapping US CST hours
