Equity Research Analyst

Senior Analyst Equity Research Financial Modelling -Global Banking/Middle east Gurgaon 4+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Equity Search professional with 4+ years of experience in buy-side/sell-side or research environments. The role focuses on detailed company coverage, earnings interpretation, and valuation analysis while working with GCC/Middle East client teams. The candidate will be responsible for building Financial Modelling outputs from scratch and delivering high-quality research insights across sectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Executing detailed company coverage and research reports in Equity Search assignments
2. Building integrated three-statement Financial Modelling and valuation outputs (DCF & comps)
3. Analysing earnings releases, financial statements, and identifying key performance drivers
4. Execute comprehensive equity research projects, including initiation of coverage reports (ICRs), quarterly earnings reviews, sector updates, company deep-dives, and thematic research reports
5. Update model, revise price targets and produce earnings report summary within a short Turnaround Time post Companys Earnings Report Release etc
6. Develop detailed financial models incorporating revenue projections based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), operating expense analysis, working capital dynamics, capital expenditure forecasts, and comprehensive sensitivity analysis
7. Collaborating with GCC/ Middle East client stakeholders and presenting investment recommendations

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience in Equity Search and Financial Modelling
2. Strong hands-on exposure to Financial Modelling and valuation techniques
3. Experience working with global or GCC/ Middle East client stakeholders
4. Ability to build financial models from scratch and forecast performance
5. Hands-on exposure to Capital IQ/Bloomberg/FactSet/Eikon
6. CA / CFA (Level II+) / MBA Finance with strong analytical and communication skills
