Equity Dealer Retail & HNI Clients
Kolkata | CTC: Up to 15 LPA
Role Snapshot
Were hiring a sharp Equity Dealer to manage and grow a high-potential Retail + HNI client portfolio. This is not a cold-start role youll inherit an existing active book and scale it further.
What Youll Do
- Handle end-to-end dealing for Retail & HNI clients (cash + derivatives)
- Execute trades with speed, accuracy & strong market understanding
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio
- Actively add new clients through references, networks & market connects
- Provide market insights, trade ideas & advisory support
- Build long-term relationships with active traders & investors
What Were Looking For
- 26 years experience in equity dealing / broking
- Strong exposure to Retail + HNI clients
- Active understanding of NSE / BSE, cash & F&O markets
- NISM Certification (Mandatory)
- Strong communication & client-handling skills
- Hustle mindset with ability to grow AUM / client base
