Drawing on extensive expertise in strategy and innovation, these teams work closely with clients to create practical plans that address immediate challenges while positioning them for long-term success. The team collaborates across departments to drive strategic planning, optimize annual planning processes, and implement industry-specific strategies. Requirements:

6–8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM, specifically EPBCS modules listed above.
Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Proficiency in Groovy scripting for EPBCS customizations.
Experience with integration tools: FDMEE, Data Management.
Knowledge of automation tools: EPM Automate.
Advanced skills in Excel, SmartView, and Essbase Add-in.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and ability to apply them in predictive planning and analytics.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Design, implement, and support Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, focusing on EPBCS modules:
- Financials
- Workforce
- Capital
- Projects
- Strategic Modeling
Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, prepare functional specifications, and ensure successful delivery of planning and forecasting solutions.
Develop and maintain Groovy scripts for advanced business rules and automation within EPBCS.
Integrate EPM applications with source systems using FDMEE and Data Management.
Create and manage automation scripts leveraging EPM Automate for process efficiency.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for EPM applications.
Utilize Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in, and SmartView for reporting and analysis.
Apply AI-driven forecasting and predictive analytics techniques to enhance planning models and deliver actionable insights.
Stay updated on AI/ML trends and incorporate relevant capabilities into EPM solutions for improved decision-making.

Preferences:

Exposure to AI-based planning tools and predictive modeling frameworks.
Understanding of data science fundamentals for financial analytics.
Experience in cloud-based automation and orchestration.
