EPIC Analyst/Senior Analyst:

Epic Beaker, Epic Cadence, Epic Cogito, Epic HIM 

Role Summary:  

Role enables the Epic Beaker, Epic Cadence, Epic Cogito, Epic HIM Analyst with history of solid build experience in master files like Flow sheets, Care Plans, Patient Education, MAR Configuration, Navigators, documentation, Rules, Work list, Department Configurations, System list, LDA’s, Drips & Infusion groups. Resources must collaborate closely with application teams to assess business goals, document, and configure systems in accordance with end user requirements. 

EXPERIENCE: 1-5 years

JOB SUMMARY 

•1-5 years of experience in EPIC modules such as - Epic Beaker, Epic Cadence, Epic Cogito, Epic HIM with Certification or Proficiency. 

•Knowledge of the Epic platform of Beaker module and a general knowledge of other applications supported along with a detailed understanding of the integration of modules within the Epic Enterprise. 

•Experienced Epic ClinDoc Analyst with history of solid build experience in master files like Flow sheets, Care Plans, Patient Education, MAR Configuration, Navigators, documentation, Rules, Work list, Department Configurations, System list, LDA’s, Drips & Infusion groups 

•Clear understanding and adoption of change management process and protocols.  

•Demonstrated ability to multi-task among complex assigned tasks/projects with strong communication, mentorship, 

•Complies with established policies, procedures and objectives of department/organization.  

•Perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead or Manager. 

•Responsible for project coordination, tracking, scheduling, reporting to ensure the timely and accurate completion of assignments to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the department in meeting operational objectives.  

•Ability to work independently with less or no guidance from the management.  

•Communicates effectively with management, steering committees, project sponsors, and subject matter/technical experts and promotes a culture of performance excellence 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

•Performs system build. Assist in building master files as assigned. Monitors release notes for pertinent build and testing for the system. 

•Knowledge on workflows such as BCA Configurations, whitelist updates 

•Perform multiple RFC testing for Beaker builds.  

•Experience in handling the complex ticket and completed ahead of time.  

•Understanding multiple areas of hospital systems, including business/clinical information systems and technological aspects that affect the organization.  

•Perform other duties assigned by Manager and the Team Leader.  

•Implementing and maintaining the Epic system along with associated third-party systems by investigating processes to understand operations and developing appropriate system solutions.
