About the Role

We are looking for a skilled EPC Project Engineer for planning, tendering, DPR & BOQ preparation, and technical documentation for EPC-based infrastructure projects such as Solid Waste Management (SWM), STP, TSTP, WTP, Waste-to-Energy, and other environmental & infrastructure projects. Candidates with exposure to structural design and review will be highly preferred.

Prepare DPRs, BOQs, cost estimates, and technical proposals for EPC projects (SWM, STP, TSTP, WTP, etc.)

Handle end-to-end tendering activities, including technical bid preparation and compliance

Review RFPs, tender documents, and prepare technical clarifications

Assist in structural design / review of project structures such as foundations, sheds, retaining walls, plant buildings, etc.

Coordinate with structural consultants and review drawings

Support process planning, technology evaluation, and feasibility studies

Coordinate with site and execution teams for technical support

Maintain complete tender and project documentation

B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil or Environmental Engineering

Minimum 7 years of experience in EPC project planning, tendering, DPR & BOQ preparation

Experience in projects like SWM / STP / TSTP / WTP / Waste to Energy / Infrastructure EPC projects preferred

Basic structural design or drawing review knowledge

Understanding of IS codes and engineering standards

Strong documentation and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Structural design software exposure (ETABS / STAAD / SAFE or similar)
• AutoCAD proficiency
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and cost estimation
• Good communication and presentation skills
