Role Summary

As an EOR Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, compliant, and client-centric EOR services for international organizations entering or operating in India.

This role sits at the intersection of HR operations, payroll, compliance, and client coordination, requiring strong execution discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to engage confidently with global stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

EOR Operations, Payroll & Compliance

  • Manage end-to-end EOR operations for international clients hiring in India
  • Oversee payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee benefits administration
  • Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws, including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, gratuity, leave, and statutory filings
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure audit-ready processes

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Draft and manage employment contracts, HR policies, and statutory documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding, transitions, and exit formalities
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on payroll, benefits, and HR-related queries


Client Engagement & Advisory Support

  • Serve as the primary operational interface for international EOR clients
  • Provide structured updates, reports, and insights on payroll and compliance matters
  • Support onboarding of new EOR clients and assist with India market HR setup

Travel & Operational Coordination

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel bookings for client representatives and EOR employees as required
  • Manage flight, hotel, and ground transportation arrangements aligned with client policies
  • Ensure travel documentation and approvals are handled efficiently
  • Maintain travel expense documentation and support reconciliation where required

Process Excellence & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain trackers, dashboards, and client-specific documentation
  • Contribute to SOP development and continuous process improvement
  • Support scalability of T&As EOR offerings through standardization and best practices


Candidate Profile

Essential Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, compliance, or administrative coordination
  • Strong working knowledge of Indian labor laws and payroll frameworks
  • Experience in EOR, PEO, staffing, payroll, consulting, or professional services environments
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts with precision and professionalism
