About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to join our team and work closely with senior leadership and founders to build and scale high-impact initiatives across our D2C brands.

This role is ideal for high-potential individuals who want to learn how consumer brands are built from the inside, combining strategy, execution, and experimentation. As an EIR, you will work across functions including growth, ecommerce, product launches, marketing, and operations, gaining hands-on experience in solving real business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth & Business Initiatives

• Support the execution of key strategic projects across ecommerce, marketing, and new business initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities through research, data analysis, and experimentation.
• Assist in launching new campaigns, initiatives, or pilots to drive customer acquisition and retention.

2. Founders Office Support

• Work directly with founders and leadership on priority projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and performance analysis.
• Prepare insights, reports, and recommendations to support decision-making.

3. Execution & Problem Solving

• Take ownership of specific projects end-to-end, from ideation to execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, supply chain, analytics, and creative teams.
• Help streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

4. Data & Analytics

• Track key business metrics and help interpret performance data.
• Support testing and experimentation to improve growth outcomes.

Who You Are

• 03 years of experience in startups, ecommerce, consulting, growth, marketing, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• High ownership mindset with a willingness to learn quickly.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for consumer brands, digital commerce, and entrepreneurship.
