Internal Operations

• Maintain and update company KPI dashboards
• Track weekly reporting across teams
• Ensure internal processes are followed properly

Admin & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with admin staff for smooth office operations
• Track vendor invoices and support payment processes
• Maintain documentation and compliance trackers

Cross-Team Execution

• Follow up with teams for deadlines and deliverables
• Assist leadership in internal planning
• Help streamline workflows and improve systems

Workplace Experience

• Support execution of culture initiatives
• Help ensure smooth onboarding coordination (process-level, not HR policy)
• Improve internal communication flow

What You Bring

• Extremely organized mindset
• Comfort with Google Sheets / Excel
• Strong follow-up ability (youre not afraid to chase)
• Ownership mentality you dont wait to be told twice
• Interest in understanding how startups operate internally
