HonestHealth provides proactive medical care for parents living in India while their children live abroad.
Instead of fragmented healthcare visits, HonestHealth creates a continuous care system at home, managed by a dedicated medical team.
The care model includes:
Regular doctor visits at home
Nursing care and health monitoring
Lab tests and diagnostics at home
Medicine management and delivery
Lifestyle, nutrition, and wellness programs
Our mission is to ensure that parents in India receive consistent, proactive medical care while their children abroad stay informed and reassured.
We are looking for high ownership Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) candidates who will work directly with the leadership team to build and scale new growth engines for HonestHealth.
This is a 01 builder role, not a traditional operations or sales role.
The EIR will be responsible for identifying demand channels, building partnerships, solving operational challenges, and launching initiatives that expand access to proactive care for elderly patients in India.
You will design the playbook, test strategies, execute yourself initially, and eventually build scalable systems and teams.
This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a new category of proactive elder healthcare from the ground up.
1. Build New Growth Channels (01)
Identify and build demand generation channels such as:
NRI communities and diaspora networks
Global Indian associations
Senior living communities
Elder care organizations
Healthcare communities abroad
You will experiment, test, and scale the most effective ways to reach families living overseas.
2. Build Strategic Partnerships
You will identify, approach, and close partnerships with:
NRI community organizations
Senior living operators
International Indian associations
Hospitals and clinics
Healthcare facilitators
Your goal is to build trusted referral channels for proactive care programs.
3. Solve Real Operational Problems
Work closely with the medical and operations teams to solve challenges such as:
Doctor and nurse scheduling
Care coordination for elderly patients
Service fulfillment across cities
Patient monitoring workflows
Communication systems for families abroad
You will design solutions and build playbooks for scale.
4. Launch Care Programs & On-Ground Initiatives
Launch and test initiatives such as:
Proactive health monitoring programs
Chronic care management programs
Community awareness programs for elderly care
Partnerships with senior communities
You will experiment with multiple approaches to identify scalable growth models.
5. Build the Playbook for Scale
Once successful strategies are identified, you will:
Design operational workflows
Build repeatable growth playbooks
Structure partnership models
Help scale the care model across cities
6. Work Directly with Founders
You will work closely with the leadership team on:
Growth strategy
Operational execution
Care model design
Scaling proactive healthcare systems
This role provides deep exposure to building a healthcare startup from the inside.
We are looking for someone who:
Has 2+ years of experience in startups, consulting, healthcare, or operations roles
Candidates with experience in any of the following will be strongly preferred:
Startup operator roles
Early-stage startup environments
Healthcare / healthtech / hospital operations
Partnerships or growth roles
Ex-founders or candidates who have built initiatives from scratch are strongly preferred.
