Job Description
Job title: ENTRA ID SME
Job location: PAN INDIA
Years of experience: 5-12 years
Must have:
- Strong handson expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), Conditional Access, MFA, SSPR, Hybrid Identity, Identity Governance, and PIM.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex identity issues using signin logs, token traces, network/diagnostic tools, and directory insights.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications with Entra ID (SSO, provisioning, SCIM, app registrations).
- Strong understanding of identity security baselines and zero trust access models.
- Ability to work under pressure during identity outages, lead escalations, and coordinate across multiple technical teams
