Summary: As an Enterprise Technology Architect, you will support sales teams in solution development, manage an internal matrix team to scope and price solutions, and lead customers through the design process. You will work directly with Internal Accenture Domain Architects, Partner Architects, Client Architects, and Accenture project teams to design solutions. This role requires deep knowledge and experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and strong advisory and influencing skills. Join our team and contribute to the success of our clients by providing innovative and effective technology solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Should have influencing and advisory skills to support sales teams in solution development. - Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems. - Lead customers through the design process. - Work directly with Internal Accenture Domain Architects, Partner Architects, Client Architects, and Accenture project teams to design solutions. - Collaborate with sales teams to scope and price solutions. - Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules such as Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits. - Strong understanding of enterprise technology architecture principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR solutions. - Knowledge of integration patterns and technologies for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR security and data privacy requirements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
