Job Description

Experience: 10–15 Years (Minimum 10 years in SAP MM + 2+ years in Ivalua/S2P)

We are seeking a strategic SAP MM & S2P Support Manager to lead the Application Managed Services (AMS) for our Procurement and Supply Chain landscape. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability of our SAP S/4HANA MM core while driving the seamless integration and performance of our Ivalua S2P platform.

The successful candidate will oversee our Support Partner, ensuring that the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle is uninterrupted and that the integration between SAP and Ivalua remains robust and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

S2P Partner Governance: Act as the lead oversight for the L2 Support Partner. Ensure their functional consultants (both SAP and Ivalua) deliver solutions that align with business procurement policies and technical standards.
SLA & KPI Management: Own the SLA compliance for the entire S2P stream. Monitor incident aging for procurement-specific tickets, from Requisitioning in Ivalua to Payment in S/4HANA.
Integration Integrity: Lead the support for complex API-based integrations between Ivalua and SAP S/4HANA (Master Data, PO Sync, Receipts, and Invoicing). Ensure data consistency across both platforms.
Process Optimization: Drive "Continuous Improvement" by identifying bottlenecks in the S2P process. Optimize the flow between Ivalua (Sourcing/Contracting) and SAP MM (Inventory/Logistics/IV).
Change Management & CR Oversight: Review and approve Change Requests (CRs) in the Procurement space, ensuring that SAP MM updates do not break Ivalua workflows and vice-versa.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Procurement and Finance heads to report on system health, partner performance, and the roadmap for S2P enhancements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Total Experience	10–15 years in SAP functional consulting with a focus on Procurement.
Core SAP Expertise	10+ years in SAP MM (Materials Management) including IM, Pur, and IV. Deep knowledge of S/4HANA is mandatory.
S2P Tool Experience	2+ years of hands-on or management experience with Ivalua. Understanding of Ivalua modules (Sourcing, Contract, P2P).
Partner Management	Proven track record of managing AMS Partners.
Integration Skills	Strong understanding of Middleware/API integration (e.g., SAP BTP, or MDM tools) specifically for Ivalua-SAP data exchange.
Functional Depth	Expert knowledge of the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles.
Methodology	Expert-level knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
