Job Summary:

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days

Mandatory skills: Application support, JDE Warehouse Management, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Purchase Management, Inventory Management

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Work Location: Any UST

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days - Work from Office)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Primary Skills (Key Requirements)

• 35 years of hands-on experience in JD Edwards (JDE) Application Support
• Strong functional knowledge of JDE modules:
• Warehouse Management
• Supply Chain Management
• Sales
• Purchase
• Inventory Management
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving JDE functional issues
• Experience working with third-party integration tools with JDE
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Secondary Skills

• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements
• Basic understanding of automation concepts within ERP environments
• Exposure to incident management and ticketing tools
• Experience supporting global clients (UK/US regions preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for JD Edwards applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within defined SLAs
• Coordinate with client SMEs and stakeholders for issue resolution
• Work on integrations between JDE and third-party systems
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities
• Mentor and guide junior team members on complex functional issues
• Prepare documentation, reports, and present solutions to stakeholders
• Participate in rotational UK and US shifts

Good to Have Skills

• Knowledge of JDE technical architecture
• Experience in ERP implementation or migration projects
• Exposure to reporting tools within JDE
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
• ITIL process awareness
• Immediate joiner preferred
