The role is a leadership position where you act as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients, delivering original and impactful ideas to solve their most challenging technology-related problems and drive large-scale digital transformation. They will be responsible for driving firm growth, building lasting client relationships, and providing deep expertise and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Advise clients on the strategic direction of their organizations, focusing on how technology, data, and AI can disrupt their business models and create a competitive advantage.
• Client Leadership & Business Development: Build and maintain long-lasting, high-level client relationships, originate new work, manage multiple complex engagements, and drive sales activities.
• Solution Delivery: To take ideas from strategy to deployed solutions, ensuring technical and strategic excellence in Solution delivery.
• Capability Building & Thought Leadership: Define the vision, and contribute to the firm's knowledge base through research and publications.

Required Expertise and Skills

Successful candidates typically combine hands-on technical expertise with the ability to advise at the highest level, demonstrating a strong focus on digital and technology initiatives. Key qualifications include:

• Extensive experience in a Technology strategy, Technology management, or technology consultancy, or a senior corporate/startup role focused on technology/digital initiatives.
• Breadth and depth of knowledge in areas like Digital Strategy and Transformation, CIO Advisory, Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture , and Agile at Scale.
• Proven record of driving digital transformation with value creation in mind.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills, thriving in a hypothesis-based environment.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in business terms.
