Enterprise Solution Architect Banking Applications ( Max Budget 32 LPA Fixed Only )

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design, review, and governance of enterprise-scale banking application solutions. The role focuses on building secure, scalable, and resilient architectures aligned with business objectives, enterprise standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review end-to-end solution architectures including HLDs, LLDs, blueprints, integration, and deployment views
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, standards, and target-state roadmaps
• Participate in Architecture Review Boards / Design Authority forums and enforce architecture governance
• Define and promote reference architectures for core banking, payments, lending, digital channels, CRM, ERP, and risk platforms
• Drive application modernization initiatives from legacy monoliths to microservices and cloud-native platforms
• Embed security-by-design , ensuring compliance with banking regulations and standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, Central Bank guidelines)
• Design for high availability, scalability, performance, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery
• Collaborate with business, development, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Conduct and evaluate Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for emerging technologies and solution approaches
• Create and maintain architecture artifacts such as sequence diagrams, data flows, integration designs, and interface contracts
• Identify architectural risks early and define mitigation strategies
• Support CI/CD and DevSecOps adoption to enable efficient and secure delivery

Required Skills & Experience

• 1015+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years as a Solution Architect
• Strong experience in Banking / Financial Services / Fintech environments
• Proven solution design experience across Core Banking, Payments, Digital Banking, Lending, and Channels
• Hands-on experience with integration and middleware technologies (IBM Integration Bus, IBM API Gateway, Kafka, MQ)
• Strong knowledge of microservices, API-first, and event-driven architectures
• Cloud architecture experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP , including hybrid environments
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Good knowledge of security protocols and data protection standards (OAuth2, TLS, PKI, encryption, IAM)
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or BIAN

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Architecture or cloud certifications (TOGAF, AWS, Azure) are preferred
• Experience in large-scale banking transformation or modernization programs is an advantage
