A Day in the Life

As a Enterprise Software Engineer II, you will be working with motivated and diverse development teams to deliver world-class products in Digital Technologies.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Leads to plan project scope, estimate efforts, and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure iterative and efficient delivery.
Design, develop, and test cross-platform applications using C#, WPF, and SwiftUI, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Work closely with cross-functional, global teams to enable smooth collaboration and resolve issues proactively.
Ensure all deliverables adhere to coding standards, quality processes, and regulatory frameworks such as IEC 62304 and ISO 13485.
Contribute to design and architectural discussions, proposing enhancements for scalability, security, and overall system efficiency.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and support compliance activities with product and test teams.
Maintain, enhance, and modernize internal tools and applications using C#, WPF, Swift, and SwiftUI.
Stay updated with emerging trends in the .NET and iOS ecosystems, applying innovative approaches to strengthen product quality and drive technical excellence.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Design, develop, and test high-integrity software using C#.NET (WPF) and Swift/Swift UI as primary technologies

  • Maintain, enhance, and design new software tools and applications using C#, WPF and Swift/Swift UI.


Required knowledge and experience:

  • 6+ years of total experience.

  • 4+ years of C#.NET/WPF (XAML) for Windows desktop apps (MVVM, REST APIs, debugging).
  • 2+ years of iOS development using Swift/SwiftUI (MVVM, Combine, Core Data, Push Notifications).
  • Strong knowledge of Design Patterns and SOLID principles applied in desktop & mobile.
  • Proven ability to design modern, intuitive UIs in WPF and SwiftUI/UIKit.
  • Experience integrating apps with REST & GraphQL services.
  • Skilled with Visual Studio, Xcode, Instruments, Git-based version control.
  • Hands-on with unit testing & TDD (XCTest, NUnit, MSTest, Quick/Nimble).
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare/medical device industry, regulatory-driven development.
  • Exposure to Azure/AWS and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bamboo).
  • Knowledge of IoT, embedded systems, and Android development.
  • Strong grasp of MVC, MVVM, layered architecture.
  • Familiarity with SVN, config management, and front-end web tech (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap).
