Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Sales Lead to drive business growth in the US market by selling AI, Generative AI, and advanced technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT/AI sales , enterprise client engagement, and end-to-end deal closure.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales for AI/Generative AI solutions , AI services, and AI staffing in the US market.
• Identify, prospect, and engage US-based enterprises, mid-market clients, and startups.
• Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, discovery calls, demos, proposals, and deal closure.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Sales Targets & Reporting

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
