Responsibilities & Qualifications:
We are looking for an experienced ESR Digital Services professional with strong exposure to the US market (primary) and APAC region, who can drive lead generation, revenue growth, and solution selling for digital services. The role demands ownership of the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closurewhile working closely with pre-sales and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Sales Ownership
- Own and achieve revenue targets for digital services in US and APAC markets
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle management from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and manage a strong, qualified sales pipeline
Lead Generation & Market Development
- Generate leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, partnerships, and events
- Develop new accounts and expand existing accounts in the US and APAC regions
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients
Solution Selling Digital Services
- Sell digital services such as Cloud, Data & Analytics, Digital Transformation, Application Services, Cybersecurity, and Automation
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to create tailored solutions
- Present value-driven proposals and handle commercial negotiations
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Engage with CXOs, VPs, and senior stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding business challenges and aligning digital solutions
- Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams post-closure
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise / Digital Services Sales
- Strong hands-on experience selling into the US market (mandatory) and APAC
- Proven track record in revenue generation and lead conversion
- Experience in solution selling (not limited to staff augmentation)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience selling IT / Digital services in a services or consulting organization
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to work in US time zones
