Role: Enterprise Sales Manager SaaS / HR Tech

Location: Bangalore / Mumbai


Role Overview

This role focuses on acquiring and closinglarge enterprise accounts through deepCXO-level engagement , management oflong and complex sales cycles , and leveragingpartnerships and ecosystem relationships .

Location-wise focus:

  • Bangalore: Global Capability Centres (GCCs), IT / ITeS organizations, and technology-led enterprises
  • Mumbai: BFSI organizations, large corporate headquarters, conglomerates, and regulated enterprises

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and acquire enterprise customers aligned to the regional focus.
  • Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline focused onhigh-value, multi-year SaaS deals .
  • Engage withCXOs, CHROs, CFOs, CIOs, and senior leadership to position solutions strategically.
  • Lead complex sales processes includingRFPs, negotiations, commercial structuring, and closures .
  • Develop and manage strategicpartnerships and ecosystem relationships to gain access to enterprise accounts.
  • Create account-specific sales strategies and provide market and customer insights to internal teams.

Experience & Skills

  • 24 years of experience inEnterprise or Large Account B2B Sales with a strong focus onnew account acquisition .
  • Experience inEnterprise SaaS, HR Tech, Payroll, or Compliance solutions preferred.
  • Exposure to:
  • Bangalore: GCCs, IT / ITeS enterprises
  • Mumbai: BFSI and large corporate environments
  • Ability to managelong sales cycles and closemulti-stakeholder enterprise deals .
  • Strong executive presence, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
