Role Overview
The Market Research Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue by helping organizations leverage AI-powered market insights and custom data dashboards to make smarter business decisions. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, understanding their market intelligence needs, and presenting tailored research and analytics solutions that deliver actionable insights across India, US and EU markets.
The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, strategy, and product teams within client organizations to demonstrate how advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and interactive dashboards can uncover market trends, track competitor performance, and optimize business strategies. Success in this role requires a combination of strong sales skills, consultative problem-solving, and the ability to communicate the value of data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for market research and analytics services.
- Present and sell AI-powered market insights that help clients understand trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Work with clients to design and deliver custom dashboards that visualize key market and business metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing, strategy, and product teams within client organizations.
- Understand client challenges and recommend tailored research solutions.
- Collaborate with internal research and analytics teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities in market intelligence solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 712 years of experience in market research, SaaS, analytics, or data solutions sales.
- Proven track record of New logo acquisition and consistent achievement of enterprise revenue targets.
- Strong consultative and value-based selling capabilities.
- Ability to explain AI-powered insights, analytics tools, and dashboard platforms to business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills across senior leadership audiences
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into business value.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling market intelligence platforms, BI tools, or analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Exposure to AI-driven analytics or predictive market research tools.
