Over the next 12 months, Aldun is scaling its Instant Discharge platform nationwide to ensure that by March 2027 no patient has to wait for hours to leave a hospital after being medically cleared. Role Overview


As part of the Enterprise Sales team, you will lead Alduns expansion into major hospital systems, driving adoption of a solution that directly impacts patient experience, hospital efficiency, and revenue cycle velocity.

This is not just a sales roleit is an opportunity to help solve one of healthcares most visible pain points at national scale.

You will own the full enterprise sales journeyfrom identifying strategic hospital partners to closing large, multi-stakeholder deals and enabling successful adoption.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers across hospital chainsOperations, Finance, Insurance, and Patient Experience leaders.
  • Drive the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, solutioning, negotiation, and closure.
  • Present Alduns Instant Discharge platform through tailored demos and value-driven conversations aligned to hospital workflows.
  • Develop strategic account plans to onboard marquee hospital groups in your region.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to craft proposals, commercials, and implementation strategies.
  • Lead contract discussions, MoU signings, and commercial structuring.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Operations post-signing for successful deployment.
  • Provide on-ground market intelligence to refine Alduns GTM strategy and positioning.
  • Contribute directly to Alduns goal of making long discharge wait times obsolete in Indian healthcare.


Required Skills & Experience


  • 45 years of experience in Enterprise Sales within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to close high-value, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles.
  • Experience engaging with senior leadership including CFOs, CXOs, and hospital administrators.
  • Strong consultative selling approachable to connect product capabilities to operational and financial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate technology into measurable business value.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, execution-focused environment.


Good to Have


  • Experience selling into Healthtech, hospitals, or healthcare ecosystems.
  • Understanding of hospital workflows, insurance processes, or revenue cycle operations.
  • Background in scaling SaaS solutions in emerging or transformation-driven markets.
  • Experience working in a startup or high-ownership environment.
