As we expand our operations across South India, were hiring a driven Enterprise Sales Executive in Bengaluru to own client acquisition, manage the sales pipeline, and close high-value custom software development projects.

What youll do:

  • Own end-to-end B2B sales for custom software development (web, mobile, enterprise apps, AI, integrations).
  • Generate new business via outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships in South India.
  • Identify decision makers (Founders, CTOs, CIOs, Product Heads, Operations Heads), run discovery calls, and qualify leads.
  • Prepare proposals, estimations, capability decks, and commercial discussions with support from the delivery team.
  • Deliver solution presentations/demos and communicate business value clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to delivery/project teams.
  • Maintain and update CRM: pipeline hygiene, forecasting, weekly reporting, and activity tracking.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Track market intelligence (competitors, pricing, demand trends) and share insights with leadership & marketing.
  • Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, case studies, and lead magnets to improve inbound conversion.


Success Metrics

  • Monthly qualified pipeline generated
  • New client acquisition and revenue closure (monthly/quarterly)
  • Win rate and sales cycle efficiency
  • Client satisfaction during pre-sales and handover quality

Requirements

  • 36 years of proven B2B/enterprise sales experience in IT services, custom software development, SaaS, or digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of software delivery basics: discovery, scope, estimation, timelines, and common tech stacks (web/mobile/backend).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience selling to SMB/enterprise buyers and handling multiple deals in parallel.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) and field meetings.
  • Bonus: Exposure to South India market, local network, and ability to communicate in Kannada/Tamil/Telugu.
