The Role


We are expanding our Enterprise Sales team to drive growth across large Banks and NBFCs.


You will own strategic accounts and revenue responsibility. You will engage CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Transaction Banking, Trade Finance, SCF, Retail, Corporate and Risk.


This is not transactional selling.


This role requires:

Building multi-product pipeline across SCF, Trade, CMS and Lending platforms

Navigating complex RFP/RFI cycles

Influencing CXO and board-level stakeholders

Structuring high-value, multi-year SaaS deals

Managing 618 month enterprise sales cycles


You will not sell modules.

You will position platform-led transformation.



What You Will Do

Develop and execute strategic account plans

Create and manage high-quality enterprise pipeline

Lead consultative discussions across business and technology stakeholders

Orchestrate internal teams for PoCs and solution design

Drive commercial negotiations and contract closure

Maintain disciplined forecasting and CRM hygiene


You will work closely with leadership and product teams and operate with autonomy.



Who We Are Looking For


We are hiring enterprise deal-makers, not relationship managers.


You should have:

7+ years of BFSI technology sales experience

Proven track record selling to Banks / NBFCs

Exposure to SaaS or platform-based business models

Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Comfort engaging at CXO level

Experience in SCF, Trade Finance, Cash Management or Lending technology preferred


You should be able to hold conversations around:

Core banking integrations

Workflow orchestration

Risk and underwriting frameworks

Deployment models (cloud/on-prem)

Commercial structuring


Domain understanding accelerates your candidacy.
