Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist

Hiring: ERP Specialist (Manufacturing) | On-Site | Ghaziabad

We are looking for an ERP Specialist to manage and implement ERP systems in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Odoo, Logic ERP, or ERPNext and be comfortable handling both system implementation and day-to-day operational support.

• Experience in implementing and managing ERP systems in a manufacturing setup
• (Odoo / Logic ERP / ERPNext)
• Strong understanding of business process improvement and workflow optimization
• Ability to handle basic accounting tasks:
• Raising invoices
• Managing creditor statements
• Maintaining day book
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Implement, manage, and improve ERP usage across departments
• Analyze existing business processes and streamline operations
• Monitor ERP/system performance and resolve issues quickly
• Work with cross-functional teams (production, purchase, sales, accounts, etc.)
• Ensure ERP workflows align with operational goals and improve productivity
• Support daily system usage, process compliance, and reporting

• Experience in fashion/apparel manufacturing (plus point)
• Bachelors degree in Technology, Business Management, or related field (preferred)
