Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of ERP & Digital Systems to lead and govern the companys entire ERP, POS, and software ecosystem from our Vadodara headquarters.

This is not a technical support role.

This is a business-critical leadership position responsible for ensuring that ERP systems drive control, efficiency, and scalability across all departments.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in GoFrugal ERP/POS and the Zoho ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

ERP & POS Governance

• Own and manage GoFrugal ERP & POS operations across all 25 outlets
• Ensure correct system configuration, usage compliance, and data accuracy
• Standardise ERP protocols across departments
• Identify and eliminate system misuse or operational leakages

Zoho Ecosystem Management

• Manage Zoho, Inventory, CRM, and related applications
• Ensure seamless integration between GoFrugal and Zoho systems
• Improve automation and reporting structures
• Customise workflows for operational efficiency

Workflow & Process Alignment

• Map and streamline workflows across Sales, Purchase, Production, Inventory, Finance, and HR
• Reduce manual intervention and improve automation
• Implement system-driven controls for stock management, wastage tracking, and reconciliation
• Align ERP processes with company SOPs

Data & MIS Leadership

• Develop structured dashboards and MIS reporting systems
• Provide real-time visibility into sales, stock, margins, and expenses
• Strengthen reconciliation and audit processes
• Support management with actionable analytics

Digital Expansion & System Improvement

• Lead ERP upgrades and implementation of new modules
• Coordinate with software vendors for enhancements
• Evaluate and implement additional digital tools where required
• Ensure system scalability for future expansion (50+ outlets roadmap)

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 815 years of experience in ERP / IT systems leadership
• Strong hands-on experience with ERP/POS
• Advanced working knowledge of Zoho Books, Inventory, CRM, or related modules
• Experience in multi-location retail or F&B industry preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting, inventory, procurement, and operational workflows
• Proven ability to build ERP governance frameworks
