Enterprise Resources Planning Manager

We are a growingmanufacturing and trading organisation in Africa looking for an experiencedOdoo ERP Manager from India who can takecomplete ownership of ERP implementation, coordination with third-party implementers, system stabilization, reporting, and continuous enhancement.

This is ahands-on ownership role requiring strong knowledge ofaccounts, MIS, manufacturing workflows, and trading operations , along with the ability to work independently in an overseas environment.

• Ownend-to-end Odoo ERP implementation across manufacturing and trading operations in Africa
• Work closely withthird-party Odoo implementation partners to ensure accurate configuration and timely delivery
• Translate business requirements into ERP workflows and module configurations
• Ensure system stability, data integrity, and scalability

• Finance & Accounting (GL, AR, AP, Taxes, MIS)
• Inventory & Warehouse Management
• Manufacturing (BOM, Production Planning, WIP)
• Procurement & Vendor Management
• Sales & Trading Operations
• HR / Payroll

• Ensure correctaccounting structure and financial controls within Odoo
• Design and manageMIS reports, dashboards, and management summaries
• Delivertimely, accurate reports for leadership decision-making
• Support audits and management reviews using ERP data

• Provideday-to-day ERP support to business users
• Identify gaps and recommendnew modules, automations, and improvements
• Manage upgrades, patches, user access controls, and data security
• Act as thesingle point of accountability for ERP performance

• Train local Africa-based teams on ERP usage
• PrepareSOPs, user manuals, and process documentation
• Drive ERP adoption and discipline across departments

• 5+ years ofhands-on Odoo experience
• Strong functional understanding ofaccounts, MIS, manufacturing & trading
• Experience working withthird-party ERP implementers/vendors
• Exposure tofull-cycle ERP implementation
• Willingness torelocate and work in Africa

• PriorAfrica or overseas project experience
• Multi-company / multi-location ERP exposure
• Strong communication and training skills

• Salary: USD 1,500 per month
• Food Allowance: USD 200 per month
• Accommodation: Company-provided (Africa)
• Travel: One company-paid round-trip air ticket to India per year
• Leave: One month paid annual leave for India visit
