Position: ERP Implementation Engineer

Location: Navi Mumbai (Kopar Khairane)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering/ IT

Experience: 3+ Years

Salary: Up to 15.00 LPA

Job Summary:-

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Engineer to lead the implementation and

maintenance of our ERP system across all business processes, including SCM, Production,

Planning, Purchase, Projects, Sales, and Accounts. The ideal candidate will work closely with

Head of Departments to ensure seamless integration and drive the ERP implementation

project forward.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Implement and configure ERP system for manufacturing business processes,

including SCM, Production, Planning, Purchase, Projects, Sales, and Accounts

- Coordinate with Head of Departments to understand business requirements and

ensure ERP implementation meets organizational needs

- Maintain and support ERP system post-implementation, ensuring data integrity and

system performance

- Develop and lead a team to manage organization-level ERP operations, including

training and support

- Manage multi-organization ERP setup, including subsidiaries

- Travel as required to support implementation and support activities across India

Key Requirements:-

- Proven experience implementing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, ERP Next ) in

steel manufacturing industry

- Strong understanding of engineered products and manufacturing business processes

- Excellent coordination and execution skills

- Experience leading teams and managing ERP support operatons

- Willingness to travel to factory in Khalapur and sites.

Nice to Have:-

- Experience with multiple ERP systems and integrations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
