Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced iScala Admin / Functional Subject Matter Expert with strong implementation experience to manage and support iScala Admin activities and work closely with customer process consultants and business SMEs to deliver end-to-end ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the iScala Admin role
• Act as an SME with hands-on iScala implementation experience
• Gather business and technical requirements from customer SMEs
• Analyse cross-functional impacts and provide optimal end-to-end solutions
• Perform fit-gap analysis and solution mapping
• Lead cross-functional discussions with customer teams
