Job Title: ERP Functional Consultant

Role Summary

We are looking for an ERP Functional Consultant with strong business process understanding and hands-on ERP experience. The role involves working closely with business users and the technical team to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions and ensure smooth implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and document end-to-end business processes across functions (Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, etc.).
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions and prepare BRD / FRD documents.
• Configure ERP modules as per approved business requirements.
• Coordinate with technical consultants for custom developments and integrations.
• Support data migration, master data setup, and system validations.
• Prepare and execute test cases; support UAT and issue resolution.
• Train end users and prepare user manuals / SOPs.
• Provide go-live and postgo-live support, including troubleshooting and process stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 25 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with any leading ERP (SAP / Microsoft Dynamics / Oracle / similar).
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Good documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to ERP implementation lifecycle (Requirement Configuration UAT Go-live).

Preferred Qualifications

• CA / MBA / B.Com / B.E. or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in ERP implementations across multiple modules.
• Prior exposure to client-facing roles or consulting environments.
