Job Description
Were Hiring | Coupa Consultant (S2P / S2C / R2P)
Location: Hyderabad / Pune
Engagement: Contract-to-Hire / Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Coupa Consultant with strong Procurement IT expertise to support large-scale Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement IT / Source-to-Pay (S2P)
- Strong hands-on experience with Coupa S2C and/or R2P
- Expertise in Coupa configuration and implementation best practices
- Coupa Certification (Source to Pay / Request to Pay)
- Experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred)
- Solid understanding of invoice processing, tax accounting & compliance
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills
- Experience working with Tier-1 Supplier Integrators
- Exposure to global Coupa deployments and configuration management
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and IT project delivery
- Understanding of CTB & RTB change management in production systems
Good-to-Have
- Banking / Financial Services domain experience
- Knowledge of data migration & system integration best practices
- Experience with multi-country procurement transformations
