Enterprise Recruitment Representative (Study Abroad Industry)

Hiring for Enterprise Recruitment Representative - (Study abroad industry) for Ahmedabad/Hyderabad location!

Please Note - Apply only if you have experience in education recruitment, sales, or partnerships in Study Abroad industry in India

Base location - Ahmedabad/Hyderabad (Remote + Travelling as required)

Roles & Responsibilities -

Expand international recruitment channels and plan marketing and recruitment strategies for college/university recruitment in assigned regions

Participate in education fairs; deliver presentations to agents and prospective students; respond to inquiries from prospective students and recruitment partners.

Conduct a high volume of partner engagement (minimum 58 recruitment partner visits daily) and train partners and their counselors on processes, top schools/programs, and admission requirements

Plan and deliver regional webinars and seminars with recruitment partners and the internal sales team.

What Were Looking For:

Strong B2B agent network and deep market understanding in the study abroad field.

Minimum a graduate (higher qualifications preferred)

28 years of experience promoting the UK, as a study destination

Strong communication & relationship-building skills

Proven track record representing universities & supporting students globally

Experience conducting training sessions, seminars, or partner workshops

Ability to drive student applications & achieve quarterly targets

Skilled in market research, competitive analysis, & understanding student trends

Comfortable with travel for at least 23 weeks in a month for partner visits

Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and data analysis tools.

Ability to collaborate effectively with university stakeholders & internal teams

Demonstrated ability to launch and scale new markets or regions
