Swish Club is building a new AI Native Vertical SaaS Platform (currently in stealth) that is quietly transforming how enterprises from one specific industry understand, engage, and grow their business.
What were looking for
We need a techno-commercial PM who thrives in the 01 / early enterprise platform phase:
Can translate messy enterprise requirements into clear product specs + delivery milestones
Understands AI + data workflows (OCR/ingestion, validation, accuracy, audit trails, data models)
Strong in enterprise SaaS fundamentals: multi-tenant, roles/permissions, reliability, SLAs, integrations, security/compliance
Comfortable partnering with Sales & Product Solutions to shape SOWs, scope boundaries, and success metrics (without turning into a slide-only PM) & translate client success in actionable workflows for the Engineering and Design teams
Double up as a Forward Deployment Engineer when the need arises
Responsibilities (Core)
Product Discovery & Strategy
Drive discovery with enterprise stakeholders (business, IT, ops, finance) and convert insights into a crisp product roadmap.
Define product positioning and MVP scope for platform modules (data ingestion, dashboards, workflows, partner apps, admin console).
Execution / Delivery
Write PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria; manage backlog priorities with engineering/design.
Own delivery outcomes across pilots and phased rollouts (onboarding, adoption, reliability, data quality).
AI/Data Product Work
Own ingestion pipelines requirements: invoice/stock documents structured data, validation UI, exception handling, audit logs, accuracy guardrails.
Partner with engineering/ML on measurement: precision/recall proxies, human-in-the-loop review loops, drift monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Enterprise Integrations
Define integration approach with ERPs / distributor systems (APIs, idempotency, acknowledgements, reconciliation, retries).
Shape data contracts, event schemas, and operational playbooks.
Techno-Commercial Interface
Support solutioning: translate client needs into modular scope, phased plans, dependency lists, and success criteria.
Contribute to pricing/packaging logic (usage limits, overages, add-on modules) in partnership with leadership.
Must-have requirements (non-negotiable)
~5 years Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS / B2B platform (NOT consumer/B2C heavy roles).
Top-tier technical pedigree: IIT strongly preferred. If not IIT, then equivalent Tier-1 engineering + demonstrably strong CS fundamentals.
Proven track record shipping 01 or early-stage products with real customers.
Strong ability to work with engineers on tradeoffs: latency vs accuracy, scalability, security, reliability.
Good-to-have
Pharma / FMCG / distribution-first industries exposure (stockists/distributors/retailers).
Experience with OCR/document AI, data ingestion, analytics platforms, workflow automation.
Experience with SLAs, uptime targets, multi-tenant permissioning, SOC2-ish security thinking (even if not certified).
Success metrics (first 69 months)
Ship a scoped MVP with measurable adoption in at least one enterprise rollout.
Improve ingestion accuracy + reduce manual exceptions via smart validation loops.
Stand up predictable delivery cadence (phased releases, clear dependencies, fewer surprises).
Demonstrate time-to-value for enterprise stakeholders via dashboards + workflows.
