Join the Organization Design & Enterprise Performance (OA&EP) team (part of the Office of the COO) as we innovate to: Enhance Internal Process Performance & Effectiveness and Strengthen Governance, consistency and intended outcomes.

Process engineer/data analyst: 

This role has a key responsibility to drive the Data and Reporting requirements to support the operations of all the projects/workstreams and verticals under the OA&EP (Organization Architecture & Enterprise Performance) Team.

This role requires attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills as well as creatively determining approaches to analyze data and to drive meaningful conclusion out of it. This role is one where influence and an ability to function independently are critical. This role must navigate successfully between the interests of our stakeholder groups and the delivery of a net business benefit at the same time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Need to have a robust mix of technical and communication skills (verbal & written), with a passion for optimization, data analysis, resolving business queries, data storytelling, and data visualization. Role requires answering to queries related to Project and managing the project (common) mailbox. Manage and support monthly change control process.
  • It is essential that the candidate has a solid understanding of the analytical landscape and can demonstrate robust analytical capabilities.
  • Business knowledge & context – Understand Accenture org structure & the business. Stay up to date industry trends, new technologies, and standard processes in data analysis and data science. Share knowledge and insights with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Actively participate in multi-functional initiatives, collaborating with team members to measure project success.
  • Review on-boarding Materials, Operations Handbook and Program Handbook. Review Integrated Master Schedule provided.
  • Create consolidated project status reporting and review project status and identify issues.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholder groups and work with key individuals.
  • Requires low level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments. Work independently with general mentorship on new projects/requirements.
  • Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work within OA&EP team.
  • Support project communications including team calls, agenda, and materials to keep relevant stakeholders informed and engaged. 
  • Manage relationships with stakeholder groups and work with key individuals. 

Required Skills:

The person in this role will need strong skills and experience in:

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint dashboards, Word.
  • Good background in data modelling, dashboard creation, data visualization and strong background in management reporting.
  • Should be a fast learner and be able to transform himself/herself into a functional or domain expert.
  • Strong analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving with shown attention to detail combined with big picture thinking

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 2-8 years + for (CL9); 1-4 years + for (CL10) experience in data analysis, management reporting and data visualization.

Good to have:

  • Experience within Accenture is preferred.

Prior experience in Performance Excellence, Business Architecture, Operational Excellence or Operational Improvement roles.
