About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead and grow our U.S. market sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT Staffing, IT Services, and sales, and a proven track record of closing enterprise accounts and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business and manage enterprise accounts in the U.S.
- Build and grow a strong sales pipeline.
- Engage with CXOs, Heads of Talent Acquisition, HR Leaders, and Procurement teams to develop business opportunities.
- Lead outbound sales initiatives and mentor a sales team.
Requirements:
- 710+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales (US market focus preferred).
- Proven enterprise sales experience with U.S. clients.
- Strong skills in pipeline management, negotiation, and CRM tools.
