Jio Is inviting application for Finance - Enterprise IT based from Navi Mumbai.


Position Summary:

The Head, Finance of Enterprise IT will lead the strategic planning, execution, and commercial management of the companys internal IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital workplace technologies.

This role ensures the scalability, security, and efficiency of all enterprise technology operations along with the commercial viability.

The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on leader, capable of driving modernization, standardization, and alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives.


Qualifications Required:

Education:

Bachelors degree in information technology or MBA (IIM or any premium institute).

Experience:

  • 8-15 years of finance experience in IT services, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Experience in managing P&L for a business unit or division.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Leadership

  • Define and execute the Enterprise IT strategy aligned with company growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with business, engineering, and product leaders to identify and prioritize technology investments.
  • Develop a multi-year IT roadmap focusing on scalability, automation, and cloud transformation.

Enterprise Systems & Infrastructure

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, ITSM, collaboration tools).
  • Lead modernization of core IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud services, and endpoint management.
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance with SLAs and regulatory standards.

Security, Governance & Compliance

  • Collaborate with InfoSec to enforce strong cybersecurity and data protection frameworks.
  • Establish IT governance policies, risk management, and audit readiness for enterprise systems.
  • Maintain compliance with frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, or HIPAA, as relevant.

Operational Excellence

  • Drive automation and standardization across IT operations to improve user experience and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee IT service management (ITSM) processes including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Lead vendor management, licensing, and budget optimization.

Team Leadership

  • Build and mentor a high-performing IT organization infrastructure, applications, and support teams.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience in budget management and forecasting.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven track record managing enterprise-scale IT operations in a technology or high-growth environment.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise applications, and SaaS ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience implementing or managing ERP / CRM / HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
