We are looking for an Enterprise Techno-Sales Manager to build, own, and convert a strong B2B sales pipeline while actively driving new business. This role is responsible for managing complex, high-value enterprise deals end-to-endfrom prospecting and discovery to pilots, closures, and long-term account expansion.
You will sell solutions, not products, engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders across Safety, Operations, IT, and Procurement to deliver measurable safety and ROI outcomes
What Youll Do
- Pipeline & New Business Development
- Proactively identify, qualify, and build a robust enterprise sales pipeline
- Drive new market acquisition across target high-risk mobility segments
- Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies to accelerate deal velocity
- Enterprise Sales Ownership
- Own the full enterprise sales lifecycle: discovery solutioning pilot/POC clo-
- sure expansion
- Lead consultative sales conversations focused on fleet safety, risk mitigation, compli-
- ance, and ROI
- Design customer-specific solutions spanning DMS, ADAS, Blind-Spot, Video
- Telematics, and Analytics
- Conversion & Deal Closure
- Drive and convert pilots/POCs into scaled, long-term, multi-year deployments
- Lead commercial discussions including pricing, proposals, negotiations, and contracting
- Accurately forecast revenue and maintain strong CRM discipline
Account Growth & Stakeholder Management
- Grow strategic accounts through renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and multi-site rollouts
- Build long-term relationships with CXO and senior decision-makers
- Act as the primary owner of customer success from a sales perspective
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Representation
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Deployment, and Support teams to deliver
- customer outcomes
- Represent SigSenz in enterprise meetings, safety forums, and industry events
- What Were Looking For
- 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales or techno-sales experience
- Proven track record selling complex tech solutions (hardware + software + services)
- Experience with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying
- Strong understanding of IoT / AI / SaaS / Video / Telematics / Enterprise Tech
- Ability to talk technology, operations, safety, and business outcomes with equal
- confidence
- Sharp negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Bonus Points
- Experience in fleet management, logistics, Oil & Gas, industrial transportation, or
- safety-critical systems
- Familiarity with video telematics, DMS, ADAS, dashcams, or compliance-driven de-
- ployments
- Startup or scale-up experience selling into enterprises
