- 36 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Billing, FinOps, Revenue Operations, or Strategic Finance roles
- Prior exposure to highvalue enterprise cloud or SaaS contracts and billing models
- Strong understanding of how negotiated discounts, credits, commitments, and special terms are operationalized within billing systems
- Deep mastery of the FinOps Framework (Inform, Optimize, Operate) applied to largescale, multiaccount enterprise cloud environments
- Ability to translate technical usage into financial insight and governance actions for enterprise customers
- Strong understanding of financial controls, approval hierarchies, and compliance requirements
- Advanced expertise in enterprise billing models, invoiced billing, custom pricing, multisubscription constructs, and bundled offerings
- Clear understanding of quotetocash ownership, including how Sales, GBP, Deal Strategy Support, Finance, and Engineering interfaces contribute to billing outcomes
- Ability to navigate complex dependencies without crossing ownership boundaries
- High proficiency with billing investigation tools, casemanagement platforms, and financial reporting systems
- Strong analytical rigor to detect systemic billing patterns, edge cases, and latent defects
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate financial risk in milliondollar enterprise accounts before escalation
