Summary:

As an Enterprise Technology Architect, you will play a pivotal role in supporting sales teams during the solution development phase. Your typical day will involve managing an internal matrix team to effectively scope and price solutions, while also leading customers through the intricate design process. You will collaborate directly with various stakeholders, including Internal Domain Architects, Partner Architects, Client Architects, and project teams, to create comprehensive and innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and align on project objectives.

- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in enterprise architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- MustTo Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Framework; TOGAF certified.

- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and methodologies.

- Experience with cloud architecture and integration strategies.

- Ability to analyze and optimize existing systems and processes.

- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in enterprise architecture.

- Technical Development Background/Experience.

- Banking experience desirable.
