Enterprise Architect

About the Role:

We are looking for a senior architect with 18+ years of IT experience, including 6+ years in Enterprise/Solution Architecture, a strong handson software engineering background, and mandatory SRE expertise, to provide enterprisewide architectural leadership across Software Engineering, Cloud, Data platforms, and COTS solutions.

Job locations: Hyderabad (Hitech City) / Bangalore (JP Nagar)

Key Responsibilities

• Own and govern enterprise architecture standards, reference architectures, and guardrails
• Review solution architectures for scalability, security, reliability, cost, and operability
• Champion SRE principles SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, error budgets, observability, incident management
• Drive resilient architectures (HA, DR, fault tolerance, auto-healing, chaos engineering)
• Lead multi-cloud / hybrid cloud architecture across Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Define cloudnative, containerized, IaC, and platform-based architecture patterns
• Govern CI/CD, DevOps, and automation across build, deploy, monitoring, and recovery
• Provide architectural oversight for distributed systems, APIs, web & mobile platforms
• Govern modern tech stacks: .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript frameworks, APIs
• Ensure clean architecture, DDD, modular and scalable design principles
• Oversee data platforms, integrations, and COTS solutions, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability and security
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, delivery teams, and onshore architects
• Translate business needs into secure, scalable, futureready architectures

Qualifications

Engineering with 18+ years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years in Enterprise / Solution Architect roles.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on background in software engineering and enterprise architecture.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with SRE practices.
• Proven experience providing architecture oversight across multiple engineering practices.
• Strong expertise in cloud architecture (Azure / AWS / GCP) and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
• Experience designing and governing highly available, scalable, and resilient systems.
• Strong integration experience across custom applications, data platforms, and COTS solutions.
• Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with modern frameworks and stacks across practices (.NET, Java, Python, JavaScript frameworks, APIs).
