Enterprise Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Architect to lead the design and delivery of next-generation GenAI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in evolutionary architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and advanced AI technologies. You will drive innovation and thought leadership, architecting scalable, secure, and high-performing GenAI platforms that leverage Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), and modern integration patterns. This role involves close collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver robust, compliant, and future-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect scalable GenAI platforms using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) for enterprise use cases such as semantic search, chat agents, and workflow automation.
• Design and implement robust integrations across enterprise systems and external services, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Build and optimise delivery infrastructure on AWS and Azure, leveraging Kubernetes, serverless, and cloud-native services.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate various Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and LangGraph frameworks.
• Guide teams in best practices for microservices, API design (REST/GraphQL), and cloud-native development.
• Ensure security, compliance, and operational excellence in all solutions, including data protection, PII masking, and auditability.
• Provide strategic direction and thought leadership in GenAI adoption, platform evolution, and engineering standards.
• Lead application development lifecycle: define branching strategies, enforce CI/CD practices, and implement automated quality gates (tests, linting, security scans).
• Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to provision infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi) and implement monitoring, logging, and tracing for resilient, observable GenAI platforms.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in software architecture, especially DDD and EDA.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG, LangGraph, and GenAI model integration.
• Strong background in API design, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and mentor teams.

Desirable Skills:

• Exposure to multi-cloud and hybrid architectures.
• Experience with benchmarking, performance optimization, and operational metrics.
• Track record of thought leadership in GenAI, AI/ML, or cloud-native domains.
• Experience with LLMOps pipelines, prompt engineering, and caching strategies.
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs (toxicity, accuracy, hallucination detection).
• Contributions to open-source AI/NLP projects or participation in GenAI communities.
• Passion for automation, standardization, and developer experience.
