Job Title: Enterprise Architect Digital Experiences & Direct-to-Consumer

Location: Hyderabad, India

Overview

As part of the Enterprise Architecture Group, the Enterprise Architect Digital Experiences & Direct-to-Consumer defines and drives the next generation of digital and consumer-facing technology platforms. This role leads architecture strategy and execution across digital experience, eCommerce, and direct-to-consumer initiativesensuring scalability, agility, and innovation across the enterprise.

This individual will also lead a small team of architects, guiding them in the delivery of strategic technology roadmap and architecture

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution design
• Proven experience across digital experience, eCommerce, and D2C platforms
• Strong expertise in:
• Service-Oriented & Microservices Architectures
• CI/CD, DevSecOps & Cloud-Native solutions
• UML/BPMN, data modeling & OOAD
• SaaS & cloud integrations (Shopify, BigCommerce, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, PowerApps)
• Event-driven, serverless & high-performance architectures
• eCommerce & digital marketing experience required
• AI/ML and LLM-based solutions experience preferred
• Strong communication & leadership skills
