Job Title: Enterprise Architect

Experience Required: 10-15 years

Location: Bengaluru

Having nearly 15 years of experience in managing and supporting Data center & cloud infrastructures
Design and architect data center infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and security components.
Develop comprehensive infrastructure strategies to support high availability, scalability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of hardware and software solutions for data center operations.
Experience in designing solutions and implementation of on prem workload migrations to cloud
Collaborate with IT, facilities, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
Oversee the deployment and migration of data center resources, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Establish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures for data center management and security.
Monitor and optimize data center performance, capacity, energy efficiency, and costs.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to infrastructure engineers and operational staff.
